1. Who we are
GT Pro is made by GYM INTELLIGENCE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202643621R), a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). Questions about your personal data go to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
2. The short version
- We only collect what the app needs to log your training, nutrition and bookings, and to let you work with your coach.
- Your coach can see your training and body data. Your supplements stay private unless you switch each one to share.
- In a group, other members only see your first name if you switch it on. Otherwise you show as "anon".
- We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.
- You can delete your account yourself, inside the app.
3. What we collect
Account details — name, email address, password (stored by Google Firebase Authentication — we never see it), profile photo, and your role (coach or client).
About you — date of birth, fitness level, fitness notes, and any medical conditions you or your coach choose to type in.
Body and progress — weight, body-fat readings (skinfold and tape tests), body measurements, and progress photos (front, side, back).
Training — programmes, sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times, remarks and workout history. Custom exercises and demo videos you add.
Heart rate — if you pair a Bluetooth heart-rate strap, the heart rate and averages for your session.
Watch and phone health data — only if you allow it on your phone: steps, heart rate, sleep and blood oxygen that your watch app has placed in your phone's health store (Health Connect on Android). We read it; we never write to it.
Nutrition — the foods you log, water, calorie and macro targets, meal plans, recipes, diet notes and any diet plan file you attach, and food photos.
Supplements — the supplements you list and tick off. Private by default; your coach only sees a supplement you switch to "Coach can see".
Bookings and groups — session requests, class invites and your answers, reminders, which groups you are in, and your group name setting.
Payments — a record of sessions bought and payments marked between you and your coach. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Messages and calls — chat messages with your coach. We do not record live video calls.
Device data — a push-notification token so we can send reminders.
Web browser — when you open GT Pro in a web browser, your internet address is checked with a country-lookup service only to see which country you are in. It is not stored.
4. Why we use it
- To run the app for you: save your logs, show your history and graphs, work out calorie targets, send booking reminders.
- To connect you with your coach: your coach sees your training, body stats, nutrition, watch data, notes and bookings so they can coach you.
- To keep the service safe and working, and to answer support requests.
We rely on your consent (given when you sign up and when you pair with a coach), and on what is needed to give you the service you asked for. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or writing to us.
5. Who sees your data
- Your coach — the coach you pair with. You can unpair at any time.
- Other group members — only your first name, and only if you switch it on.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. Where your data is kept
Our database is hosted by Google in the United States. When your data leaves Singapore, we make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA, through Google's data-processing terms.
7. How long we keep it
- While your account is open.
- Food photos are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- When you delete your account, your sign-in is removed at once and we delete your remaining personal data as soon as reasonably possible, except where the law makes us keep something.
8. Your choices and rights
- See or correct your data — most of it is in the app; for anything else, email us.
- Delete your account — Account Details → Delete My Account.
- Supplements — private by default, switch each one to share.
- Groups — the switch on My Groups decides if members see your first name.
- Watch data — switch the permission off in your phone's Health Connect settings at any time.
- Push notifications — turn them off in your phone's settings.
- Withdraw consent or complain — email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission.
9. Health information
Some of what you log (medical conditions, body measurements, heart rate, watch data, photos) is sensitive. We only use it to run the app for you and your coach. We do not use it for advertising and we do not pass it to anyone else. Only type medical details you are happy for your coach to see.
10. Children and teens
GT Pro is made for adults. Users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission. For under-18s the app hides calorie targets and restrictive diets and follows extra rules. If we learn that a child has signed up without permission, we will delete the account.
11. Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is protected by Google's security and by access rules that stop one user reading another user's data. No system is perfect — if we find a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the PDPC as the law requires.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you in the app.
